I started my tutoring journey by setting up my own online tutoring company, beginning with just one client. At first, it was challenging — I had to figure out how to attract students, manage lessons, and keep everything running smoothly. There were setbacks along the way, but by staying persistent and focusing on delivering real results for students, things began to turn around. Word of mouth and positive feedback helped me grow from that single client into a much larger base, and what started as a small idea developed into a successful and rewarding venture.

I am in my second year studying Maths and Philohophy at the University of Warwick. I have been tutoring since 2022 in a range of subjects, originally helping struggling students in my secondary school with English Language and Literature and later supporting A level and other higher level students in maths, sciences and other academic support. I enjoy working with children and helping them to learn to love their subjects the same way I do! I have achieved a 45 in IB and am comfortable using my academic experience to work out the best route to success for my students. Feel free to reach out to find out more!

Hello, my name is Rayya. I graduated with a 2:1 in my Master’s of Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bristol. I have experience tutoring students in Mathematics as I was selected from my cohort during school to help students in lower years who were struggling. I found it really rewarding and thereafter decided to start tutoring my sibling and family friends, ranging from KS1 level to A-Level. I taught a variety of subjects including English Literature, Physics and Further Mathematics. I have been formally tutoring students in-person and online for 5 months at GCSE and A-Level. I am particularly skilled in ADHD coaching, and providing students with study strategies, as well as exam preparation and exam technique alongside their course material to help them achieve their best.

Hello, my name is Dominic and I am currently studying Biochemistry at University. My passion for this subject comes from combining my two favourite subjects from school - biology and chemistry - which allows me to explore how the human body works and why it works in the way it does. As a former participant in a tutoring programme, I understand the value of personalised support and guidance. I aim to share my experiences and knowledge with my students, and help them achieve their academic goals. Having been through the same experiences as my students, I can certainly empathise with the pressures that arise during the lead-up to exams and the exam period itself. My approach to tutoring is to begin by reviewing the content of the subject in question, ensuring that the student has a solid understanding of the material. I then help students understand how the content will be examined, showing the types of questions that will be asked and offering advice on exam technique, including how to recognise common tricks that exams use. Finally, I provide targeted support for specific exams, reviewing in-class tests or mock exams, and answering any questions the student has about the subject. I believe that my experiences and expertise can make a significant difference in helping you achieve your academic goals.

Hey guys! I’m Kirti, an A-level tutor in Maths, Biology and Chemistry, and a medical student myself specialising in the Medicine application process, so I know first-hand what these subjects demand. I focus on building genuine understanding rather than memorising for the exam, breaking technique down step-by-step around the mark scheme and where marks are usually lost. That way you understand the thought process behind answering a question and are equipped for any curveballs the exam boards throw at you. I bring topics to life with real examples and interactive tools to keep sessions engaging. Friendly, approachable and patient, I ensure every student leaves more confident than they arrived.
