Hello! My name is Saleena, and I am a first year Physics with Theoretical Physics student at Imperial College London. I have previous experience in tutoring Maths and English and I am very passionate about teaching! I believe that a gentle but effective approach to tutoring is best, by increasing first understanding and then practice. My academic journey has gone from having a passion for the law to studying physics, so I have lots of experience in honing skills in different subjects! Additionally, I have achieved 8 9s and 2 8s in my GCSES and A*A*A in Maths, Further Maths and Physics A Levels, so I have a fairly good grasp on how to improve exam technique. Outside of my physics studies, I also write for my university's newspaper as well as writing short fiction, as I really enjoy more literary pastimes in contrast to my everyday studies. Hi, my name is Max! I’m currently a first-year student at the University of Warwick studying History and Politics. I am looking to tutor students at both A-Level and GCSE (History) levels and help them get the best possible grade. Before university, I took a year to travel the world, giving me valuable life experience, meaning I am mature, reliable, and patient, and will bring these skills alongside my subject knowledge and a positive energy to help as a tutor. I have success in these subjects, achieving an A* in History and an A in Politics at A-Level, as well as seven Grade 9’s at GCSE, including in History.
