Hi! My name is Ugne and I’m currently studying Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the University of Southampton. Aside from studying, I love reading, rollerblading and looking after my cat, Luna. I have 2 years of formal tutoring experience, working with students in Years 9 to 11. During this time I have received a Gold level SSAT tutoring award, so I am confident that our sessions together will be productive and helpful. I also have experience with the IB HL Maths and Physics courses, having achieved grade 7 in both subjects. Hi there! I’m a tutor specialising in GCSE and A-Level Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I studied Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London, followed by a Master’s in Innovation Engineering at both Imperial and the Royal College of Art. I achieved A*, A, A, A in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry at A-Level. I focus on making complex ideas simple using visual explanations, real-world examples, and patient guidance, especially for students who lack confidence or don’t feel “naturally academic”. Being neurodiverse myself, I understand that everyone learns differently, and I adapt my teaching to suit each student’s pace, personality and learning style. As well as 3 years of tutoring experience for top school entry exams and standardised tests, I have experience teaching sports at a vast variety of ages.
