Hello! I’m Nur, an Economics graduate from the University of Warwick with a deep passion for both economics and education. My academic journey reflects a commitment to excellence — achieving 2 A*s and 3 As at A-Level ( Mathematics, Economics, Further Mathematics, Computer Science, and Russian). These results not only demonstrate my strong subject knowledge but also the discipline, focus, and effective study techniques I’ve refined over the years. Alongside my studies, I’ve built over 3 years of tutoring experience, supporting students from a wide range of backgrounds — from GCSE pupils seeking confidence in their foundations to A-Level students striving for top grades. I tailor every lesson to each student’s unique learning style, ensuring that sessions are engaging, clear, and results-driven. Beyond academic tutoring, I also specialise in career and university guidance — helping students craft standout CVs, write impactful cover letters, and prepare for interviews. Drawing from my own experiences navigating competitive application processes, I aim to equip my students with the confidence and insight needed to succeed. Ultimately, my goal as a tutor is not only to improve academic performance but to ignite curiosity and a genuine love for learning. I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel empowered, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential. I look forward to working with you and your child on their academic journey!

Hi! My name is Rosie, and I am a 3rd year undergraduate student studying Aerospace Engineering at the University of Bristol, currently achieving a 1st class grade. This year I was also a finalist in the Undergraduate of the Year Awards! At the age of 14 I set up my own tutoring business, which has been running successfully for 5 years, and during this time I have provided a wide variety of online and in-person tutoring sessions, each one tailored to the individual needs of the student. I have experience working with pupils with a range of SEND needs, especially ADHD. In school, I achieved 10 grade 9 results at GCSE, and A*, A*, A*, A* at A-Level in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I was also awarded the Physics attainment award for achieving the top grade in my sixth form, as well as a Bucks Young Scientist of the Year Award in Physics, in 2022. I have competed in multiple maths, chemistry and physics Olympiads throughout my school experience, often achieving gold awards in these events. I believe that these results show my skill and dedication to these subjects, as well as my ability to perform well in exams. A large part of my tutoring sessions focus on exam technique, so that students can access their full potential under the pressure of an exam situation. In 2023 I deferred my place at university to gain some more experience before entering undergraduate study, and for 3 months I worked full time in a secondary school as a teacher assistant. This has provided me with lots of classroom experience, helping students in their studies and organisational skills from Year 7 all the way up to Year 13. During this time I built up confidence and ability in teaching, with a keen focus on aiding SEND pupils. I absolutely love tutoring; creating an interactive and enjoyable learning environment for a pupil to access the support they need is one of the most rewarding feelings. If you would like to know more, please do not hesitate to contact me and arrange a 15 minute trial session to get started!
