Hello, I'm Leah and I am a third year student studying aerospace engineering at the University of Liverpool. My teaching style is to make learning as engaging and enjoyable as possible, ensuring students not only expand their knowledge of a subject, but also develop a passion for learning new things. I hope to teach students to have a fearless approach when learning new content by using various methods to teach as I appreciate the fact that every individual is different. I have volunteered as a tutor at a local tutor centre where my duties were centred around helping KS2 students with their Maths and English skills. I have also tutored KS3 students over the last two years, providing detailed feedback on homework tasks I have assigned. This has helped me develop my communication skills and also improved my collaboration with the students to achieve the best possible results. I have achieved all 8s and 9s in my GCSEs including a 9 in Maths and an A in A-level Maths. I enjoy football, spending time with my sisters and baking.
