Hi! I’m a first-year Medical Student at the University of Birmingham, tutoring A Level Biology, Chemistry and Maths, as well as GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths. Having recently completed my own GCSEs and A Levels, I know how stressful it can be when a topic just doesn’t seem to click, or when you understand the content but struggle to apply it in exam questions. I remember experiencing this myself, and I know how much easier learning can feel when someone explains things in a way that works for you. I achieved 10 GCSEs, all at grades 8–9, including a 9 in Further Maths, and achieved A*–A grades in A Level Maths, Biology, Chemistry and my EPQ. I’ve also gained experience through peer mentoring, where I’ve supported students with different abilities, learning styles and levels of confidence. I don’t believe there is one way to learn, so I adapt my lessons to each student. We can focus on whatever you need most, whether that’s understanding difficult topics, practising exam questions, improving exam technique or building confidence in a subject. I am a First Class graduate from Bayes Business School. Upon completion of my GCSE and A levels, I have found interest in tutoring and would like to help students in having a smoother transition throughout their terms.
