As an Imperial College London Computing student, I specialize in helping IB students conquer the most demanding STEM subjects. I achieved an IB score of 43/45, with 7s in Physics HL, Mathematics AA HL, and Computer Science HL. I don't just teach the syllabus; I focus on the logic and exam techniques required to reach the highest grade boundaries. When I’m not coding or solving complex problems, you’ll usually find me outdoors. Spending time in nature is how I recharge and maintain the mental clarity needed for high-level academics. My goal is to be a mentor who helps you master your subjects while building the confidence and study habits needed to succeed at a top-tier university. Let’s work together to unlock your full potential!

Hi, my name is Samaira and I am a Business Management student at the University of Bath. Having achieved straight 7s and received the Academic Award for Business Management, I have developed a strong understanding of both Economics and Business. I tutor IB and A-level students, and I focus on explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging way. My approach is centred around the student, using personalised learning strategies that suit each individual’s needs and learning style. I aim to create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel confident to ask questions and improve. My lessons are interactive and focused on both understanding content and mastering exam technique, including past paper practice and structured answers, helping students achieve top grades.

I have a strong passion for Economics, which led me to achieve an A* in GCE Edexcel A Level Economics and pursue a degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Bristol. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple explanations and would be more than happy to help students develop their understanding and confidence in the subject.

Hi, I'm Janice! I'm a friendly and patient tutor with a strong academic background and prior experience in tutoring. I achieved 10 Grade 9's at GCSE, including Maths, English and Science and went on to achieve 2 A*s in Maths and Chemistry, as well as 2 As in Economics and Further Maths. Having recently been through these exams myself, I have a strong understanding of both the subject content and the exam techniques needed to achieve top grades. Some of my other achievements include winning the Minds Underground Economics Essay Competition. I understand that different students learn in different ways such that my sessions will be tailored to each individual's needs, whether they need help building their understanding of a difficult topic, consolidating what they have learnt, working through practice questions, or improving their exam technique. I also have a large collection of revisions resources and question packs that I can use to provide students with plenty of targeted practice. My aim is not simply to give students the answers, but to help them understand why something works so that they can tackle similar questions independent. I'd love to chat about how I can help support your child's education.

Hello! I'm a Law student at the University of Warwick with a strong academic background and previous tutoring experience. I achieved A grades in Economics, Philosophy, and History at A-level, alongside strong GCSE results including Grade 8s in History and English Literature and a Grade 7 in Maths. I previously worked as a tutor at Kumon, where I supported students of different ages and abilities in developing their understanding and confidence. I offer tutoring in GCSE English, and Economics, as well as A-Level Economics and Philosophy. I am a second-year BSc Management student at the University of Warwick with a strong passion for mathematics and economics. I have always enjoyed exploring these subjects and believe that learning becomes much easier when explained in a clear, simple, and patient way. I achieved an A*A*A in my A-Level exams, and 8/9's across the board on my GCSE's. I have taught siblings, friends, and junior students, helping them prepare for exams and build confidence in areas they once struggled with. My approach has always been patient and encouraging, breaking down complex ideas into clear, step-by-step explanations. I aim to not only improve understanding but also make the process of learning enjoyable and motivating.

Hi! I am a BSc Economics graduate from the University of Manchester with experience teaching Economics, Maths and English to students who want lessons explained clearly and practically. I grew up in Japan following the British curriculum. I've been both an underperforming student and high acheiving one, so I know what change is required for high performance. Having achieved an A* in A-level maths and continued with quantitative subjects in university, I am confident in my ability to improve my students' ability by at lest 2 levels over a couple of months. I have worked in finance, sales and, more relevantly, education, with now over 300 hours of private 1-to-1 tutoring experience. I did most of it in Japan, tutoring second-language English speakers rather than native speakers. This forced me to be able to explain complicated concepts - according to the student’s age – in a very concise and easy-to-understand manner, irrespective of the students' natural ability. My technique involves building a relationship with the student, grow love in their mind for the subject, and foster excitement to want to teach the same things they learnt. I can’t begin to tell you the difference in processing speed between students who are taught to love the subject and those who aren’t. We are wired to think success comes largely from intelligence and hard work; however, people often neglect the impact of passion. I aim to shift the perspective of the student to love the subjects they are learning before we dive deep. See you soon!

Hi, I have been tutoring Economics and Mathematics for a couple of years. I like to teach students how to think rather than what to think, helping students understand concepts intuitively rather than memorising them - which is the key to success in both of these subjects. I also help students with university applications, including the TMUA and personal statements.
