Hello, my name is Hafsah and I'm a recent graduate in Medical Genetics from Queen Mary University of London and I would love to be your tutor. Outside of tutoring I enjoy reading, painting and deepening my knowledge in biology. As a tutor with a passion for teaching I believe that confidence is a huge factor in attaining high grades as well as succeeding in life. Instilling self-confidence in a student is one of my main goals when tutoring a student as I believe it leads to love for learning. I also value curiosity in students and encourage my students to always ask questions. I have experience in tutoring students for GCSE in Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics and A level Maths. I am familiar with the 11+ curriculum and I have teaching assistant experience with students at KS1-3 levels. My main form of teaching is through (exam-style) questions, leading to past paper questions eventually once the student is consistently getting questions correct for each topic. Additionally, I fully understand that every student has a unique learning style and I aim to tailor my tutoring to match the student.
