Hi! I’m a first-year student at the University of Warwick, studying Management, where I’m developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills that I bring into my tutoring sessions. I offer tutoring in Maths and Italian up to A-Level and am eager to help your child develop both confidence and a genuine interest in these subjects. I take a direct and structured approach to tutoring, ensuring that key concepts are explained clearly and practiced thoroughly. However, I also understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor my teaching style to suit their individual needs. I enjoy getting to know my students and creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring challenging topics. Having studied at Harrow, I achieved A*AA in my A-Levels — A* in Italian, A in Maths, and A in Economics. With a solid academic background and a deep understanding of the curriculum, I’m equipped to provide effective and targeted support. I have an abundance of practice questions and past papers at my disposal, which I use to reinforce concepts and prepare students thoroughly for exams. This allows me to pinpoint areas that need improvement and give my students the confidence they need to excel. My goal is not just to help students achieve great results but also to instil a passion for these subjects that will stay with them beyond the classroom. Let’s work together to make that happen!

Hello! I’m Alexandra, a final-year Business Management student at King’s College London and a friendly, approachable tutor with over 3 years of experience helping students build confidence and reach their academic potential. I am currently studying for my Level I CFA! I graduated from the International Baccalaureate with a score of 39/45, achieving a 7/7 in HL Italian, 7/7 in HL French B, 6/7 in HL Economics, and 6/7s in both SL English Literature and Mathematics. My strong academic background, combined with years of tutoring experience, allows me to support students across a range of subjects — especially languages, humanities, and business-related courses. I’m a native English speaker, fluent in both French and Italian, and I especially enjoy working with language learners to improve their confidence in reading, writing, and speaking. I’ve supported both younger students and peers, and I know how much of a difference a warm, supportive learning space can make. During my IB years, I played semi-professional football, so I understand first-hand how important it is to find the right balance between academics, extracurriculars, and a social life. That experience has shaped how I approach tutoring — with structure, empathy, and a focus on helping students stay motivated and organised. My lessons are always tailored to each student’s needs. I provide a clear plan upfront, keep sessions interactive and practical, and create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring their own learning style. Outside of tutoring, I still play competitive football and love cheering on AS Roma. I’m also a big fan of movies and cultural conversations — so there’s always something to connect over. If you're looking for a tutor who’s enthusiastic, relatable, and committed to helping students succeed — both academically and personally — I’d love to hear from you.

Hi! I’m Ayana, a dedicated and enthusiastic tutor with a huge passion for Languages, studying BA Modern Languages (French and Italian) at the University of Warwick. With experience in tutoring and mentoring, I understand that learning isn’t just about memorising facts—it’s about truly understanding the subject, building confidence, and developing a love for learning. My goal is to make every session engaging, tailored, and results-driven so that my students not only improve academically but also feel empowered in their abilities. Every student learns differently, which is why I take a personaliaed approach to tutoring. I adapt my lessons to each student’s needs, whether they require structured guidance, exam preparation, or a more interactive and discussion-based learning style. My teaching is centered on making complex topics simple, using interactive problem-solving, and active recall techniques to reinforce understanding. I know how overwhelming academic pressure can be, so I focus on reducing stress by equipping my students with the right tools and strategies to tackle exams and coursework with confidence. I strive to create a learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and make mistakes without fear. I believe that the best learning happens in a supportive space where students feel genuinely interested in what they’re studying. If you're looking for a tutor who is patient, results-driven, and engaging, then I’d love to work with you! I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Very big improvement given a short period of time with only a small time period of about 3 months my daughter in year 10 has gone from a level U to a level 4 in her maths grade with her tutor Jose. He is a very good maths teacher and has very easy ways of doing hard GCSE maths. What my daughter used to find immensely hard is now very easy. Jose is sadly not her tutor anymore but this was a very great experience and will be looking forward to using this company again for my daughter to get high grades and pass her GCSE’s thank you very much.

Excellent service, highly recommented Booked a block of Lessons leading up to my sons maths exam as maths was his weakest subject and he felt he wanted help. Pia (the tutor) was patient and professional and explained things in a way my son could easily understand. He looked forward to each lesson and felt the lessons gave him the confidence, knowledge and understanding he needed to face his maths GCSE exam. He thinks he did really well in his first exam and we are so pleased we invested in the lessons leading up to his GCSE’s. Can’t recommend Edumentors and Pia enough. Really professional service and well worth the money.

The tutoring times were really flexible and the tutor themselves (Izzy Mitchell) was amazing. The level of communication allowed between the student and tutor made it easy for my questions to be answered quickly. So thank you so much Edumentors and Izzy! Personally, I went from a 6 to a 9 in AQA English literature in just a few weeks so if you are thinking about it, give it a go!

Absolutely superb. Helped my son move from a predicted D in Maths to an actual A, in year. Highly recommend both Edumentors and specifically Apoorv as a tutor. It was easy to set-up, pay and manage. Any issues were solved quickly and without fuss.

Fantastic Flexible German Tutoring We had Imogen from Edumentor tutoring my daughter for GCSE’s. Imogen is a fantastic tutor and through the year prepared my daughter enabling her to get a 9 in German. Edumentor were extremely flexible and helpful in ensuring we could have the sessions when we needed them the most. I would throughly recommend using them for your GCSE tutoring.
