I am a student at the University of Oxford studying Japanese. I achieved all A*s and As in my Japanese, Religious Studies, and Latin A-Levels, as well as in all of my GCSEs. My particular area of interest is religion in Classical Japan, combining my background in religious studies, Classical history, and Japanese. At the University of Oxford, I sing as a Choral Scholar at The Queen's College, where I perform in concerts and services around the world. Beyond my passion for singing, I love playing the piano and the trombone. I have taught Japanese, Religious Studies, Latin and singing to children and adults of all ages for over 3 years, and I am experienced in supporting students of all levels with independent study. Hi, I'm Christopher, a second-year MA Japanese student at the University of Edinburgh. I achieved all A and A* grades at A Level, including an A in Japanese, and have over eight years of experience studying the language. I'm a Stem Cell Biology PhD student at University of Cambridge.
