Hello! I’m a final-year medical student at Imperial College London with an intercalated degree in Global Health Research. I bring over five years of tutoring experience, having supported school students in Maths and Chemistry, as well as high school students applying to medical schools across the UK. Beyond one-on-one tutoring, I’ve also worked as a personal trainer and have volunteered to successfully organise pre-clinical and clinical revision courses, as well as exam support tutorials for Years 1 to 3 of medical school—benefiting more than 200 students. These experiences have taught me which teaching and revision techniques are most effective, and I’m grateful to have consistently received positive feedback. I also have extensive experience in Research as a student, having published two articles in the past, and presented in three international conferences. I’m also passionate about mentoring students in choosing degree paths that genuinely suit their interests and long-term goals. Over the past four years, I’ve taken courses in career planning—including one focused on identifying high-impact, health-related careers—and have engaged in extensive reading on the topic. Whether you’re looking for personalised revision strategies, support preparing for university interviews, or guidance in finding a fulfilling career path, I’d love to help you achieve both your personal and professional goals. Finally, as both an athlete and an international student who is studying in a second language, I truly understand the challenges of balancing academic life with personal goals, and well-being. I’ve developed tools and techniques to manage my time effectively, ensuring space for both productivity and self-care—and I’m happy to share those with you too!

Hello! I’m Alexandra, a final-year Business Management student at King’s College London and a friendly, approachable tutor with over 3 years of experience helping students build confidence and reach their academic potential. I am currently studying for my Level I CFA! I graduated from the International Baccalaureate with a score of 39/45, achieving a 7/7 in HL Italian, 7/7 in HL French B, 6/7 in HL Economics, and 6/7s in both SL English Literature and Mathematics. My strong academic background, combined with years of tutoring experience, allows me to support students across a range of subjects — especially languages, humanities, and business-related courses. I’m a native English speaker, fluent in both French and Italian, and I especially enjoy working with language learners to improve their confidence in reading, writing, and speaking. I’ve supported both younger students and peers, and I know how much of a difference a warm, supportive learning space can make. During my IB years, I played semi-professional football, so I understand first-hand how important it is to find the right balance between academics, extracurriculars, and a social life. That experience has shaped how I approach tutoring — with structure, empathy, and a focus on helping students stay motivated and organised. My lessons are always tailored to each student’s needs. I provide a clear plan upfront, keep sessions interactive and practical, and create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring their own learning style. Outside of tutoring, I still play competitive football and love cheering on AS Roma. I’m also a big fan of movies and cultural conversations — so there’s always something to connect over. If you're looking for a tutor who’s enthusiastic, relatable, and committed to helping students succeed — both academically and personally — I’d love to hear from you.

Hello! I am a fifth year medical student at University College London (UCL) with over 8 years of tutoring experience. My academic background: After achieving top grades at GCSE, I received a funded scholarship to study at King’s College School Wimbledon where I studied Chemistry, Biology, and Psychology A-levels. Deciding I wanted to study Medicine, I completed the UCAT and BMAT exams and was offered interviews at all medical schools I applied to. Receiving university offers from UCL, King's College London, University of Leeds, and University of Birmingham, I accepted my first choice at UCL. Whilst studying at UCL, I have received numerous national and international awards as well as scholarships. I run my own widening participation organisation, engage in scientific research, and participate in a range of sports and extracurricular activities. In the middle of my medical degree, I also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Sciences with Medical Anthropology, graduating with a First Class Honours after receiving a first in every assessment. My tutoring style: I have experience tutoring GCSEs, 16+ entrance exams, A levels, university personal statements, interview preparation, medical school admissions, and medical school exams. As a tutor, my main objective is to improve your confidence and help you smash your assessments or applications. My lessons tend to incorporate spaced repetition and as much practice as possible. I am patient and will adapt my learning style to suit your needs. Due to my hospital schedule, I will liaise with you weekly to organise a time that suits both of us each week. Parents will receive feedback after each session on the student's participation and progress. Former students of mine have gone on to achieve top grades and secure places at University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, University College London, Imperial College London, University of Manchester and more. Thank you for checking out my profile. I am happy to chat further and answer any questions! :) Please drop me a message to organise a trial lesson. https://www.linkedin.com/in/laurenpgreene/

Very big improvement given a short period of time with only a small time period of about 3 months my daughter in year 10 has gone from a level U to a level 4 in her maths grade with her tutor Jose. He is a very good maths teacher and has very easy ways of doing hard GCSE maths. What my daughter used to find immensely hard is now very easy. Jose is sadly not her tutor anymore but this was a very great experience and will be looking forward to using this company again for my daughter to get high grades and pass her GCSE’s thank you very much.

Excellent service, highly recommented Booked a block of Lessons leading up to my sons maths exam as maths was his weakest subject and he felt he wanted help. Pia (the tutor) was patient and professional and explained things in a way my son could easily understand. He looked forward to each lesson and felt the lessons gave him the confidence, knowledge and understanding he needed to face his maths GCSE exam. He thinks he did really well in his first exam and we are so pleased we invested in the lessons leading up to his GCSE’s. Can’t recommend Edumentors and Pia enough. Really professional service and well worth the money.

The tutoring times were really flexible and the tutor themselves (Izzy Mitchell) was amazing. The level of communication allowed between the student and tutor made it easy for my questions to be answered quickly. So thank you so much Edumentors and Izzy! Personally, I went from a 6 to a 9 in AQA English literature in just a few weeks so if you are thinking about it, give it a go!

Absolutely superb. Helped my son move from a predicted D in Maths to an actual A, in year. Highly recommend both Edumentors and specifically Apoorv as a tutor. It was easy to set-up, pay and manage. Any issues were solved quickly and without fuss.

Fantastic Flexible German Tutoring We had Imogen from Edumentor tutoring my daughter for GCSE’s. Imogen is a fantastic tutor and through the year prepared my daughter enabling her to get a 9 in German. Edumentor were extremely flexible and helpful in ensuring we could have the sessions when we needed them the most. I would throughly recommend using them for your GCSE tutoring.
