My lessons are aimed to be tailored to each individual student! I like to ask the students if there are any specific areas to focus on, whilst covering the whole syllabus. I often start with a fun starter to recap last lesson, moving onto the lesson where I share my screen to show my working, so that students understand my approach clearly. I will do my own question and work through questions I give students aswell as past papers to really consolidate knowledge. I like to set regular homework, believing practise is the best way to learn. I have experience in tutoring lots of secondary school students. I aim to build a relationship with the children I tutor, believing the best way to achieve success and reach full potential is working together. Fun fact about me! I have 3 Maths GCSEs, achieving a 5 in Foundation Maths when I was only 11, achieving and 8s in both Higher and Further Maths when I was 16. I then went onto achieve a grade A in Maths at A level, along with an A and B in Biology and Chemistry respectively. I study Natural Sciences at University of Exeter, which consists of Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Computer Science. I balance my commitment to my studies with my love for sport. I play rugby and referee children’s football matches, aswell as teaching swimming. I love working with children and watching them grow in confidence; it is so rewarding to be a part of that.

Hi! My name is Muneeb. My approach to teaching is centred around you, every student is different and as a result has different needs and teaching styles that they respond to. I aim to work with students to understand how best to achieve success. My maths and physics background gives me a logical mindset with which I approach teaching, I can systematically work through the gaps in a student’s knowledge and identify the underlying issue hindering them from achieving their full potential and then provide the necessary support to help them thrive. I’m a Masters student at the University of Sussex where I am studying Quantum Technology & management and currently averaging at a high 1st. This follows my undergraduate in physics from University College London (UCL) and my A levels in Maths, Chemistry & Physics in which I achieved A grades. I have informal experience working with children with autism, so I understand the extra level of care that’s required to engage neurodiverse children, particularly with regards to understanding the child’s needs as well as their comfort levels and routines. I can provide GCSE & A level tutoring in Maths, further Maths, Physics, Biology & Chemistry. These are subjects that I studied myself and achieved highly in.
