I am a final year Physics student at King's College London, I have a deep passion for STEM. I have over a years experience in tutoring students for their examinations (both GCSE and A Level). My tutoring style for Mathematics and Physics, will ensure that the lessons are fun and effective and students will have a thorough grasp of the theory and concepts, and then move onto building exam technique so that they can get as many marks as possible. For German, I aim to practice speaking and listening, so that they improve their vocabulary and can get closer to conversing. I also aim to ensure they understand the grammar and can use a range of sentence structures. I aim to tailor revision sessions to the student, depending on their strengths and worries. My name is Jacob. I'm currently studying Mechanical engineering at Newcastle University. I am very friendly and patient, skills I have learnt from tutoring my younger sister and some of her classmates thoughout secondary school. I can teach Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry to a A/A* level by ensuring concepts are learned properly, then by approaching harder problem-solving questions to help apply the learned knowledge. My achievements and current studys: Currently, I'm now working with ROYAL IHC to design a pipe climbing robot alongside my engineering course. I recieved A*AAB in Maths ,Physics,Further maths and Chemistry in A-level. I received Gold in the senior ukmt maths challenge and silver in the junior physics challenge. During GCSE I got 8 8s 2 9s and a 7, totalling to 11 GCSEs in the 7-9 range. Throughout sixth form, I was a reading mentor for students who struggled with reading. My hobbies include playing piano, tennis, chess and cooking. I will change my approach to teaching based on my tutees' needs, whether that's taking time at mastering the basics of a subject, or introducing them to harder questions to push them for an A*/9. However, I hope to ensure there is a calm, friendly environment between me and my tutees.

Hi! I'm Keerthana, a 3rd year aerospace engineering student at the University of Nottingham. I have been formally tutoring for the past year and a half, and in this time I have had a rewarding journey of teaching and connecting with students from different backgrounds all brought together by the exams they're taking. Meanwhile, my informal experience of tutoring stems from teaching my cousins, which was a rewarding journey that allowed me to sharpen my patience and creativity. Along the way, I've discovered that the ability to tailor explanations to students is just as important as the knowledge itself. When I was doing my (I)GCSE and IB, I found questions easier to solve when I understood my concepts c . Even the littlest missing pieces of knowledge made a huge difference to me. So, as a tutor, my first goal would be ensure that my students have a strong understanding of the topic. To strengthen their knowledge, I would also work through many exam questions with them, as they are the key to being confident during the actual exam. As an aerospace engineering major, I've had to build a strong base in my Maths, Physics, and Chemistry, which is why those are the subjects I mainly specialise in. Aside from my academics, I am an artist with a passion for capturing stunning landscapes in my paintings. Hello! My name is Aneel, and I am a graduate from the University of Manchester, where I obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. I was able to study this as I achieved three A's in Maths, Physics and Chemistry at A-level. I then went on to work as a manufacturing engineer at a production plant before undergoing a career change, and I am now currently training to become a business analyst. In terms of tutoring experience, I started volunteering as a tutor at a school where I taught a class of around 20 students in GCSE chemistry at an underprivileged school. I then moved on to online tutoring on MyTutor, where I started with GCSE maths before branching into GCSE Science as well as A-level Maths and Science subjects, giving me over three years of formal tutoring/teaching experience where I have delivered over 300 lessons.
