I am a Masters Student that is currently doing a program in Advanced Software Engineering. I excelled in the field of Computer Science at all levels, having obtained an A for Computer Science Advanced Levels, along with grade 9's for both ICT and Computer Science at GCSE level. My passion for teaching computer science roots from my genuine interest towards the subject.

I am a student at the University of Warwick, currently pursuing an MEng in Computer and Systems Engineering. My passion for physics, maths, and computer science has grown over the years, leading me to a degree that integrates all three subjects. I have experience tutoring my younger brother and family friends, two of whom achieved grade 9s in the subjects I taught. My goal is to make learning engaging and help students develop confidence in their abilities.

I am currently a PhD candidate at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). I hold a BA in International Relations from the University of Exeter, an MSc in Conflict Resolution and Governance from the University of Amsterdam, and an MSc in Applied Social Data Science from LSE. At the MSc level, I achieved distinction and Cum Laude honours. Prior to embarking on my PhD journey, I accrued 6 years of experience working in artificial intelligence, data science, advanced analytics and research in legal and financial industries. I am passionate about melding an understanding of politics, psychology and the social sciences with statistics, data science and artificial intelligence - and relish the opportunity to help students with any of these areas. I've also spent years interviewing candidates for jobs within teams that I oversee, and would be more than happy to aid in interview preparation for university and jobs. Having experienced education for a number of years now, I'm adept at devising learning strategies and plans that fit with a student's learning style, ambitions and competencies. I know that learning is not a one-size-fits-all exercise and will do my absolute best to tailor an experience for each student. Trust me, I know what it's like to feel like a fish out of water when studying certain subjects! Generally, my initial lessons are spent asking about student goals, perceived areas of strength and weakness and the topics that they want to cover during lessons. I then evaluate a student's knowledge level to get a good understanding of our starting point, and can tailor a lesson and homework plan from there!
