I’m a Mechanical Engineering student passionate about tutoring GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics. Hi my name is Minna. I love to teach and help others of all ages to understand topics they do not understand. I previously worked at a tuition centre where I helped kids up to the age of 13 with English and Maths, and was praised by many in those sessions and in my private tutoring sessions for my methods of teaching and communication with my students. I took Maths for A Level and also study a course with a lot of mathematical skills involved. Hi! I am a Year 2 Civil Engineer student at the University of Manchester. I passed my GCSEs with 9 in Maths and 8 in Physics, then went on to study Maths, Further Maths and Physics at A-level. During sixth form, I held the role of Maths Captain across KS3, KS4, and KS5. In this position, I supported students during weekly lunchtime Maths sessions, answering questions, explaining key concepts, and helping them overcome challenges in their studies throughout the academic year. I am patient and approachable, being a student myself has given me the ability to encourage and empathise with my students. I also teach according to the mark scheme, making sure my students understand and get every mark.

I’m a passionate and active educator who loves teaching and providing children with extra help that would not be available in your traditional classroom. I have worked with SEN children for over a year and have experience with Autism and ADHD learners. I am a Biomedical Engineering student at King's College London. Originally from Hong Kong, I graduated from the French International School of Hong Kong, where I completed both the IB Diploma and IGCSEs. I achieved a score of 40/45 in the IB and earned 8 A grades and 2 A* grades in my IGCSEs. My IGCSE subjects included Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Computer Science, English Literature, English Language, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics. I have nearly two years of tutoring experience, specialising in programming, 3D design, and STEM subjects. During this time, I have taught over 20 students in programming and 3D design and currently work with three active students learning Python and Blender.
