I graduated with a First from Oxford last year for my undergraduate History BA. I am really passionate about teaching and this year I have engaged in a variety of teaching roles, including volunteering as an English teacher for 3 months in Nepal. I have tutored History and Geography A level, alongside English Lit and Language GCSE for over 3 years. My tutoring style primarily revolves around teaching technique based essay writing improvements, and my students are able to massively boost their academic performance by focusing on these core skills. I have been tutoring for 2 years with a mixture of online and in-person tutoring. I am currently tutoring at GCSE, A level and Common Entrance (11+ and 13+) levels. I thoroughly enjoy tutoring and watching students become more confident and motivated in their studies through understanding the material and answering questions. I take different approaches to lessons depending on the need of the child. With some I teach the whole syllabus from start to finish, others students have specific topics they would like to go through and some solely want exam practice. Hi, my name is Zac and I am a Physics (BSc) graduate from the University of Warwick. I have always loved studying Physics and Maths and have over 5 years and 300 lessons experience as a Maths tutor, both in secondary school and privately at GCSE and A-Level. My teaching style is enthusiastic and engaging yet focused to create lessons that are enjoyable and effective. To achieve this each lesson is carefully planned with the student at the forefront, taking their goals, strengths, weaknesses and preferred teaching styles into account.
