It depends on your age. If you are considered an adult, then you can go ahead and register as a Parent, but if you are still legally dependent on your parents or guardians, we are required to collect their consent on keeping your records.

While your profile is being approved, you can't book sessions or chat with tutors yet. However, feel free to browse through tutors' profiles and explore their expertise. You can send your parents a quick reminder to finish setting up their profile or send them a link to your preferred tutor’s profile and ask them to book a free trial session

If your parent does not approve your profile within 30 days, your account will be deactivated and your details will be deleted. You can always re-register if you decide to join us again and ask your parents to approve your account the next time

If you want to book a session, it's required for your parent to sign up on the Edumentors platform and give their approval for your profile. As a Student, you won't have the ability to book sessions on your own. Your parents will need to make all the bookings to pay for them.

Yes! We offer free 15-minute trial sessions with tutors of your choice. Free trials gives you a chance to chat with the tutors, discuss your goals and confidently book sessions afterwards.

Absolutely! You can easily request a reschedule through the platform. Once the tutor approves it, the session will be updated with a new time on your calendar. If you have already been charged for the rescheduled session, you won't be charged again. Please note that you can only reschedule sessions that have not been completed yet and you need to ask for rescheduling at least 24-hr before the session start time
