Hi, my name is Zac and I am a Physics (BSc) graduate from the University of Warwick. I have always loved studying Physics and Maths and have over 5 years and 300 lessons experience as a Maths tutor, both in secondary school and privately at GCSE and A-Level. My teaching style is enthusiastic and engaging yet focused to create lessons that are enjoyable and effective. To achieve this each lesson is carefully planned with the student at the forefront, taking their goals, strengths, weaknesses and preferred teaching styles into account. Someone striving for academic excellence, for example, but sitting below their potential, may benefit from a confidence boost, leaving the sessions with a strong belief that they can achieve their goals and a clear path leading them there. In the case of students aiming for success in specific exams, exam technique is often incredibly important. My bank of resources and practice questions are crucial here and allowed me to achieve 9s in maths and physics GCSE and A*s in maths and physics at A-Level. Therefore, whether you're looking for some extra help keeping up with schoolwork throughout the year, a summer catch-up before starting your GCSEs or A-Levels, or an intensive revision guide leading up to exams, the lessons will be individually tailored to you. Outside of teaching I love sports, taking a role as general secretary for the University of Warwick Men's Cricket Club while playing in the 1st XI. Hi there! My name is Antigone, but everyone calls me Tiggy. I'm currently in my first year at King's College London, studying Psychology (BSc). I have always been passionate about academics from a young age as well as helping others with their studies. In school, I volunteered as a teaching assistant in a special education school as well as teaching computer science in a school nearby my own for years 7 through 9. I also taught in orphanages in India after my school journey was complete. I genuinely think that there is a way to make learning enjoyable for everyone, it's just about finding the right way - thus tutoring has become one of my true passions. In my own academics, at GCSE I achieved 9A*s and 1 A and at A Level A*AB in Psychology, Biology and Computer Science. Psychology has always been a passion of mine, from reading to studying and I have honed in on my ability to write essays and carry out statistical analysis through this which has been widely beneficial in improving my other subjects. Hi, I'm Hannah! I am a DPhil student currently studying Medical Science at the University of Oxford. I have completed an MSc with Distinction, BSc with 1st class honours, 12 GCSE'S A*-B including English and Maths and 3 A-Levels A*-B.
