FAQs
Do I need to enter payment details?
Not for the trial. You only add a payment method if you decide to continue with sessions afterwards. All payments are handled securely through Stripe, and you can pay fully or per session.
Is the trial completely free?
Yes. Every parent can book a free trial session with their matched tutor to chat, discuss goals and see how they get on. No payment details are required to book the free trial.
How are tutors selected?
Every tutor goes through a multi-stage application: identity verification, academic checks and an interview with our education team. Only a small share of applicants join the platform, and tutors are continuously reviewed by the families they teach.
How much do future sessions cost?
Tutors set their own rates based on experience, with sessions starting from £24. You can pay one session at a time, or fully and unlock discounts.
Which subjects and levels are available?
All core subjects and many more, from KS1 and 11+ through GCSE, A-Level and IB. Whatever your child is studying, tell us in the form and we'll match the right tutor.
